Q:

Do you actually bring the photo/party booth right to the event?

A:

Yes, our booth is portable and we set it up on location.

Q:

Do you just drop-off the photo booth at the event?

A:

Besides delivery and setup we also provide at least one, but usually two, on-site technician to keep an eye on the photo booth during the event to make sure it's running smoothly the entire time -- and to assist guests as necessary.

Q:

I need the booth set up two hours before my reception because my ceremony and reception are at the same place. How much do you charge for idle hours?

A:

This happens quite frequently. We charge $30 extra per hour of idle time. Some customers choose to have the booth run for a one hour cocktail hour. Have it idle for an hour during dinner and then have it run for a couple more hours during the reception as well.

Q:

Will the photos fade or change color afterwards like many Polaroid’s, instant photo novelties or some other digital photo booth?

A:

These photo booth photos are professional studio quality prints and will not fade. There's a clear protective coating on top making them resistant to fingerprints, smudges and even drops of liquid.

Q:

How long does it take for the photos to print?

A:

Photos are printed out of the photo booth in less than 30 seconds using the same high-quality printing process used by professional photographers, graphic designers and publishers.

Q:

Can guests use the photo booth as often as they like during the event?

A:

Yes, unlimited free usage for the duration.

Q:

What if I want more than one copy of the same photo? Can I get copies of ALL the photos from my event?

A:

All the photos from the photo booth will be saved on a DVD and given to you one week after the event with a photographers release so you can have as many copies made as you like. Also, unlimited prints during the time the booth is rented, although the printer can usually only keep up to about 3 to 4 prints per cycle of guests in and out of the booth. Any more prints than that results in the photo booth becoming backed up if there is a line of guests waiting to use the booth.

Q:

What size are the photos printed by the photo booth?

A:

The prints are a standard 4x6" size. Other print sizes are available, but have additional costs depending on the desired size.

Q:

What about power? Is any special kind of hookup necessary?

A:

No. A standard 120v electrical outlet is all that's needed, preferably within 30 feet.

Q:

What is your deposit?

A:

50% of the rental fee. The balance is due one week before your event.
